New 2010LT owner checking in...
After almost 20 years of driving vans of one flavor or another, I'm finally back in a car! Been lusting after an HHR for years and when the wife's 2001 PT Cruiser blew the head gasket, it was finally my golden opportunity to score an HHR. Picked up a rental 2010 LT1 with just under 14,000 miles on it about three weeks ago (and then promptly left town on business for a week the next day). Black 'n tan (considering getting that for my tag BLKNTAN), leather, sunroof; about the only thing it didn't have that i wanted was the upgraded sound system; does anyone know if a Pioneer subwoofer will bolt right in? Cable harness in place? Anyway, i plan on doing some mods to it in the next few months; air intake, muffler, Homelink, Guide traffic light viewer and maybe the Moon HHR Igniter wheels w/t gray centers (but the stock chrome wheels look good as is so maybe not). Maybe a few other mods like additional power outlets and the cutoff for the interior lights sounds like no brainer. So here is my first of many posts and looking forwards to learning much from the assembled brain trust.
