new HHR owner in CO

Hi all. I've been interested in HHRs for a couple years and finally pulled the trigger on one.

'07 2LT, 23,700 mi, 2.4L, Sunburst Orange II Metallic, cashmere leather, premium sound, chrome package, chrome roof rails, chrome 17" wheels, rear spoiler, and my favorite, running boards.

No sun roof, no XM, no 6 disc changer. Sometimes I wish it was the panel but then no rear seats. Hmm.

I want white wall tires and wheels with baby moon covers. We'll see if that happens.

It's the nicest, most expensive, newest car I've ever owned and so far I'm really happy with it.

Hi, I bought a new 2007 2LT myself. She is Royal Blue Metallic, grey leather, and all the bells and whistles with exception of sunroof. My favorite thing about "Henrie" is the heated sets! Got to love it! Henrie only has 9,000 miles on her because my job is so stressfull I need country drives. Life with my HHR, well you can't get any better than that! Have fun my friend with your HHR!

Thanks for the welcomes. BTW I have the automatic. I always thought I'd get the manual since most of my vehicles have been so, however there doesn't seem to be as large an advantage in mpg anymore with manual.

My favorite all-time color is the Golden Teal Metallic, but second is orange. I also really like the blue ones. All other solid colors aren't interesting to me.

I don't see a lot driving around with roof rails, much less chrome ones, or the spoiler which I could take or leave. I absolutely love the running boards.
