First Welcome to the group and Congrats on the new ride.
Type in wiper motor in the search box for threads on that issue.. Look in the Maint. threads on how to fix it yourself

At 210000 miles I would go over everything. Breaks, fluids,,change/flush radiator fluid, check wheel bearings, change Transmission fluid( I read do not flush unless you know the Maint on it) etc. Check Air filter, check Cabin Air filter The gear heads will give you better advice..
Scan the how to threads you will learn a lot,, The people will help you ALOT! :) GREAT Group
I assume HD = Harley ? What model? :)

to the forum, and congrats on your new ride!

Here's a thread on fixing the issue with the turn signal stalk.....

https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-tutorial-library-21/turn-signal-canceling-failure-fix-lots-pics-37992/

The wiper issue sounds like a bad wiper switch, at least that would be a good place to start.

Radco pretty much hit all the maintenance checks and services in post#2.

Welcome to the forum.

I just read the thread that 843de recomended. It looks like a real straight forward process. I had thought that the stering wheel would have to be removed. I think that when I have to face that I am going to buy a replacement and install that but I will then fix the one that comes out and put it on the shelf, as we have 2 HHRs, until I need it. The only other thing I would do is disconnect the battery and let it sit for 30 minutes before I started in order to reduce the posibillity of setting off the airbag.

Welcome to the site. I have repaired a few of the turn signal switches. Easy to do I have had better luck bending the spring for the cancel lever instead of just flipping it over.

FWIW, pulling the steering wheel is no big deal. There's a thread for that.
