Palm Desert, California

I rented an '06 HHR for a cross-country one-way drive just after it was introduced by Chevrolet. That trip convinced me I had to have one some day, and now I do.
No foreign cars for me, except for the Pinzgauer. Google that for a better explanation.

Welcome! I used to live in Palm Desert (a great area). I still remember the August day we moved in - 118 degrees. Moved up the hill to Banning less than a year later as it averaged about 10 degrees cooler; not to mention less expensive.
You must be tough.

Just saw your pics in the Official Sunburst Orange Metallic Post. I bought Hharry at Diamond Hills - right off the delivery truck in August 2005. Good people to do business with.

Welcome to the site!

I visit that area twice a week for work. Maybe I'll see you on the road sometime.

Thanks! I was only going to buy an HHR if I could find one in the color I have or red. I looked at all the factory colors and narrowed it down to those 2. I was on my way to look at a red one when I saw this HHR in Banning.

What great photos! Looks like fun, but I would just ride the ride at Disneyland .... when they make it LOL. Welcome to the HHR group!! Come visit us in the Regional section of the forum -- better yet, come meet us this November at Tom's Farm!

Your HHR reminds me of the big, dumb Olds 98 I had a few years ago
