Picking up the new baby tomorrow...
Just wanted to say a quick hello to the community. Going to be picking up the new HHR tomorrow. It's going to be quite a change from my current 07 Dodge Ram, but getting transferred to a 130 mile daily commute calls for something a little less painful at the gas tank.
So again hello from upstate SC, and here's my plain Jane, LS:

Welcome to the greatest forum in the world.
You may think it's "plain jane", but once you start reading some of the tips and tricks this forum has to offer, you'll have a hard time deciding what to do first.
Beautiful color - what's it called?

Color is called Cyber Grey Metallic.
Thanks for the welcomes guys. Picked her up today, really should have waited because of the weather, but it's hard for me to do that. I was anxious enough having to wait til today. The weather was horrible, I live in Upstate SC, bought the car in Augusta GA (hour and half normal driving conditions), didn't leave the lot until 6pm. If you've been watching any kind of national weather you know about the crazy snow we got down here in the South East. The "blizzard" had already begun when I walked into the dealership, and by the time I got back on the road, the roads were starting to get covered in snow. People in this area haven't EVER seen snow like this, so driving was interesting to say the least. Took me 3 and a half hours to get home, and really couldn't enjoy the driving experience. Was impressed with the handling in the snow though. I'm used to trucks and having the backend being all over the place in conditions like this, so needless to say driving the HHR was a treat. Really hoping the roads clear up good tomorrow so I can actually get out and drive her good though. 3+ hours and I was still comfortable when I got home, being 6'5", that's something I can't say about a lot of cars, so initially I'm very happy with my purchase.
As far as modding, I'm going to try my best to leave her alone. I had the modding bug big time with my last vehicle, and in the end I just spent a lot of money. Other than getting my windows tinted, and possibly changing the wheels, that's about it...
