when i got my LT, i'll be honest, i hated it at first! i needed a car and it was all i could afford at the time. BUT, after i got it i started doing a little where and there and now i love it! go for it!

I'd like to say thank you all for the responses.
Theres no reason to search for an SS. I like building my own set ups not trying to refab factory stuff. None of that is important to me right now anyways. I've driven the HHR and find it to be somewhat "comfy" and may end up being usefull for hauling short blocks and tranny's or other auto parts. I know I'd need to stiffen up the rear a bit, already read about that.
Anyways, time to check cost of adding it to the insurance policy and hit the bank to see what they'll do for me. If things go well, I'll definatly be around for a while.
