What to do...

Just paid off my stock 07 HHR LT and am wondering...

Where do I start making upgrades?

Not looking to be a racer, just want some more pep and a bit of exterior customization.

Welcome to the site congrats on paying it off There is lots to choose from I'd pick horse power, trade it on a SS. But thats just me, besides it's unamerican to not have a car payment ,what about our economic recovery ?

I like the stock wheels...they're those really shiny 17'' ones. Thinking about dropping the suspension and sticking on some of those retro Chevrolet markers that are on a few of the member's cars.

Leveling springs in the back and a rear sway bar....... Just those two things and a good set of tires (hopefully you already have good tires) will make it a totally different car. It's amazing!

I went with Ground Force springs and a Progress Tech Anti-Sway bar..... but there are other brands.

sway bar

That's a good one, as are dual horns. Otherwise, see below.

Here's a shot of my Hi-polished 17" factory rims..(I did polish the gold-tone off the chevy bow-tie in the center cap).. And for a decent sounding horn, I added vintage Caddy Triple horns !!!
