The first two were good after that it went down hill fast!!
This would be such a cool run to do.
I might have to disappear on the wife.....call her when I'm too far to turn around!!

This year marks the 30th anniversary of "Smokey and the Bandit". To commemorate the event, Motortopia, Restore A Muscle Car, 78TA.com, and YearOne have teamed up to bring you the The Bandit Run. The cruise retraces Bandit and Snowman's famous route from Texarkana to Atlanta with fun-filled stops along the way. All cars are welcome, especially Trans Ams!
Join the official Bandit Run group and get all the event details as they unfold... including a possible special guest appearance by the Bandit himself, Burt Reynolds!

Sure it looks similar, but they should have done a better job making it look like the 67-69 camero IMO. The "modern twist" is what I don't like. Honestly they really look nothing alike.

The front end is ugly IMO. It's one area they could have done much better making it look like a classic camero. I agree the general body lines are close, but compared to the Mustang, it's not in the same league of looking like the origional. Mabye I'm being too picky, or perhaps Ford did such a great job on the Mustang it makes the others pale in comparison.
