Different industries. From what I saw in my years of working for Alpha Beta/Ralphs markets, it never seemed that they were all that concerned with losing customers. And the way I've seen customers treated at Walmart, it's probably pretty much the same there. I've seen them turn down 50 cent coupons.

I rarely go to WallyWorld...... from what I know of their products most of them are packaged "Exclusively for Walmart" so there are no "like items" available elsewhere..... Just more scam to get you in the door.
