B&M transmission Suck
Besides having a 2010 HHR SS, I like a lot of other membvers have other toys. Below is what happened when I bought a 400 TH trans for my 75 camaro when they sold it to me without a speedo drive gear.
No customer support, trans sold with no speedo drive gear, Company says " it happens ". Cost me 30.00 for drive gear and 150.00 extra mechanic fees!!. Company will not pay for labor to repair or pay for gear they left out of rebuild! I was told to "have a nice day". This transmission would not support a speedometer in ANY car. There was nothing to turn the speedo. I understand SOME companies not supplying the driven gear as those are always different. Now I have to open up and internally service a brand new transmission. Oh don’t forget this voids the warranty Like I said DO NOT BUY FROM B&M TRANSMISSION
I have bought trannys from other vendors some big some small but I have never heard of such terrible customer service as " It happens sometimes" as I was told by two different B&M employees on 4/7/14.

Sorry for your troubles. BUT I have a very long and satisfactory history with B & M, so I cannot give your denial of business any consideration.
Also why is this in the SS section? As I understand, your complaint with B&M is with the transmission for a Camaro, NOT YOUR SS. Probably the Lounge tab.....but I wouldn't even think it should be posted on this forum. JMO
