I guess those mopeds are hard to see. I'm always having near misses on my Harley Electroglide, and that thing is lit up like a Christmas tree!! What really scares me is setting at a stop lite and getting rear ended by some ding bat that's talking on the phone and trying to drink coffee and read the paper and drive all at the same time. I see it all the time here in St. Pete Fla. all the time!! Later

I'm sure he'll be charged with something. If there is alcohol involved, the charges will be more serious. Either way, he will be hit harder in civil court than in criminal court. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Damn, I respected the guy's abilities as a builder and looked to him as the chosen one to uphold oldschool chopper designing after the passing of Indian Larry, but if the details prove out and he was negligent, he has lost my respect and should pay for his actions...
