Camaro Modifications
My recently purchased 1999 Camaro SS is going to be modified to the point that the original owner wouldn't realize the car being theirs. Im going to do the interior, extierior, and engine but I want to do the hardest one first. Where should I start?

dude for that SS...
hell its already fast enough... BUT,
get a full exhaust and a new intake, maybe check which rear end gears you have and get some 3.83s, unless it already has them , but i think it might have 3.73s, or you can step up to 4+ gears
if its manual, adjust the shift points, and get some GOOD meats on the back end for traction
thats about all i can think of less a supercharger, im sure in the 1/4 with that ull be in the VERY LOW 13s if not 12

I said engine also. Anyone you come upon the first thing they are going to want to see is under the hood. Camaros are known for there power. Get that dont and then do the outside then the inside. Atleast that is the route I would take.

get that puppy to growl a little more first. That's what its made for, not to mention since its paid off and you have other vehicles, its a tinker-toy.
All the cosmetic stuff is easy. Give em a reason to turn their heads. I voted engine.

Supercharger was the first time that I wanted.
Thanks for the intake idea, I looked at it today and it could sure use a new one.

No matter what kind of vehicle it is the people always remember what it looked like, So I think you should pic a the right color and them the Rims & Tires. They really don't see the inside unless its a show car. If its runs fast they will only remember what it looked Like. Good luck in what ever changes you make. I can't wait and see what you do. Later Bud!:twothumbs
