CATS vs DOGS what do you like.

I like both, I have 2 cats (10 yrs old), also had 1 other cat for nine yrs before she passed away. Have had quite a few dogs, my favorite breed is the St Bernard which I have had 4. My last dog was named Cujo he weighed 125 lbs but had to be put down because the vet said his stomach twisted. That was so sad he was only 4 yrs old!!!

We're down to 2 cats, Blotter (13) and Rainy (9). I also "share custody" with my sister's dog, a Terrier/Chihuahua mix- Scrabble (6). I think the 2 hyperactive qualities of each negate with Scrabble, he's so docile and calm; is a lap dog and not "yappy" at all.
I prefer Dogs... can't stand the vile nature of the cat.... smells to contend with . litterboxes etc.... Cats are the hubby's preference, cuz he's too lazy to walk the dog...

I guess I'm a minority as I have both and love them equally for different reasons. Here's Billie (Holiday); she's a black lab/great pyrannese mix:
Ralph, the humane society rescue:
Helix, who was dropped off at the side of the road at a relative's house:
And finally, OK (outside kitty), who wandered up one night (probably dropped off on the side of the road as well) and hasn't decided to leave yet:
