Credit Card

I'm not one to carry credit card debt although I do have cards in case I have an emergency. One of those is the Capital One card. I got to thinking about it today, so I called them about the "personal image" card. The current one I carry has a picture of my motorcycle on it. Since it is about to expire and they will send a new one anyhow, I changed the image to my HHR. This is going to look great just to tote around. If anyone has a card with them, you can go to www.capitaloneimagecard.com and setup your own personal design card with your ride on it. The pic below is what I'm having put on my card.

I have the GM Mastercard which saved me some bux too. I myself pay mine in full each month IF I use them at all. Capital One is the only one that lets you put your own image on the card itself which is cool.

Now thats neato! I just happen to have a cap1 account. Zero balance of course as I never use it! I'll have to do this one! ...and from what I can tell, it's free to do the picture, unless I missed something somewhere.

Totally FREE to do it. Just make sure the picture is 840 X 840 pixels and up to 10MB in size. That is quite large but it shrinks down to the card and looks great.

Another vote for the GM card, we have used the earnings against 3 vehicles now, with the latest being our HHR.

In fact, I put the difference between my trade and the new HHR ($3500) on the GM card to start getting my earnings back. (which we paid off in full)

I go with the GM mastercard. I used it for my last two cars. Every six years gives you a big discount and I also pay off the balance every month.

Just don't use your GM card if you travel out of the country like I do at times, They charge 3% for each transaction, use one that charges 1%, I have one of them also.

But business travel is great, my allowance is up to 3,300 and I am not ready for a new vehicle until Oct.
