Cross Country

I found this adaptive recreation program at Big Bear in California and they have an offroad wheelchair session during thier summer program.Ive been wanting to do this ever since I found out about it so I was just curious if anybody had ever made the trek across the country from Florida to California..If so how was it and is it worth driving?

It's an easy trip if you just take IH-10. That'll take you directly to CA. You just have to be careful when filling up with gas once you get into West Texas. There are some spots on I-10 once you get into West Texas on to Cali that are pretty vacant.

In Chevys dreams we get 450 miles per tank. I'm lucky if I can get 350. Is that wheel chair motorized? If I were you I would make the trip just because that looks so bad ass! I'm not even paralized and I want to ride one of those.

not its gravity powered.Mostly for downhill use but it does have push rims on the back wheels.I wrote to that guy in the pic to try and get more info but I guess he's a D**K cause he never wrote me back..Maybe he is afraid my BMX skills would crossover and I'd whoop his a**.
