So I finally got called by the lady when I was home on Thursday. Finally. She asked me if there was anything else I had expected, and I told her no, that I didn't even expect a phone call or apology. She then proceeded to tell me that they had a whole department focusing on customer relations with the dealers, and it had been forwarded to them. On Friday I got a message from a guy who deals with the regional area of dealers...just wanting all the details again from me. I wasn't home, so he said he'll call back Monday. We'll see what happens again. I can't really believe how insistent they are about getting a hold of me!
I don't want the salesman fired or anything...but I'm glad they're taking me seriously.
