The way copyright laws are written, what you create belongs to you. Period. It can not be used without permission for any commercial use unless done as a parody.

That's not the case here. you do not have to apply for copyright, there doesn't have to be that little circle with the c in it. If you create it, you own the image.

 

I wonder where Fresh Meadows, New York is. If it's not too far I can go kick him in the nuts for you if you want.

just looked at the ebay page it is showing a DMB but the front end looks smaller.

You should be flattered that your pic was what the seller wanted to convey, evidently he didn`t have a suitable pic of his own.
Someone wants to buy your front end.
Maybe the Ebay police will capture this heinous criminal. Let us know the outcome. B/B

 

Well I just looked at his store.
Now the one that you have listed now has a Blue HHR,
But if you look at his store he has 6 more auctions left for the HHR
and YES ALL 6 have Your HHR's Front end showing in the Ad.
Good luck I guess he does not think that you will keep looking.

Two things:

1. The pic of the HHR up now is rediculous. The fogs are replaced with two little ghost farts

2. Im gonna think all of his images are fakes. I was gonna buy some lights (for my hhr) from this guy at one point

 

thanks for checking karen. I noticed that he has multiple auctions using the same picture up as well. I guess I'll just have to report them all.

 

I have nothing against people using my images with permission, but to use it to sell a product that is not even installed on the car is wrong.
