I'm surprised that HHR PNOY is so ticked off about this. While the images are his, posting them on the net opens them up to all sorts of copying issues. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying that it happens so often these days, it has become the rule rather than the exception. Heck, you can probably go to Google images and find these same images, or something similar. It's commonplace these days - it's not right, but get used to it.
That being said, you should also remember that posting them to the net puts them in the "public domain" which the courts have yet to definitively define, much less come up with laws to protect. The term "no reasonable expectation of privacy" has come to apply to issues exactly like PNOY is bringing up, and I think the fights will go on for years - have fun trying to get him to stop using the pics, much less getting $$ from him.

 

GULP - I stole a pic out of our gallery to mock up a mod the other day...
It never occurred to me that I might tick someone off. Sorry, whoever you were.... My car is all over Ebay from a dealer who installed some mods for me, and all over his website too - it's okay wit me tho.

 

where the guy on ebay really screwed up is he put his blinglights watermark over your image. in doing so he is making a claim of image ownership
