i use photobucket just sighn up its free and upload you pics to them then once the pic is up loaded open the album and under the pic there are 4 choices for down loads click on the last one its an IMG code (i think) copy it then click on the little mountain icon in you message posting box and delete whatever is in it then paste the code you copied from photo bucket. oh I open 2 browser windows its easier to go back and forth. Im sure there is an easer way but this works for me
