They may be anal about the receipt. Just give your credit card company a jingle and ask them for a receipt. I'm sure they have one either on paper or electronically.

If they are going to give you a whole new unit...I say go for it.

 

go to lowes and check out the fuses they have. the cylinder fuses for ac systems should work in it
