Jumped up to $3.10 for regular, and $3.47 for premium today. I'm waiting for the mess in Egypt to cause a big jump this week, anything over there and its an excuse to bump prices.

Yeah, I'm thinking between Egypt and this massive snow storm, prices will go up. Premium was $3.49 here today!

3.57 for Shell Premium in San Diego

It'll be worse if the people revolution spreads to the OPEC countries in the GULF: kuwait, Saudi, Qatar, UAE. Kuwait is already it's increasing it's citizen's allotment of food stamps and such in an effort to quell any potential unrest.

Even if that doesn't happen, there's the growing Middle Class car owners in India and China competing for available oil resources, so our slice of the oil pie is going to get smaller and more expensive...it's inevitable high gas prices.

And remember the Suez Canal (which is the shortest route east to west) is Egyptian. If that is closed because of political, turmoil, damage reasons.....ALL ships, including oil transports, would then need to travel down and around Africa.

Major increase in expense of moving product from point A to point B.
