so far, GM is not replacing the car output that camaro gave oshawa, Gm wants to move it to the michigan plant and make it the " rear wheel drive plant headquarters" ...whatever that means... there is speculation that they will bring the impala or the new caddy ATS to the plant but again, i think the ATS is RWD (but not sure). There has been also nothing said about the new "SS" being brought to Oshawa...GM needs to replace that output with something that will produce the same numbers

From what I have read Oshawa is set to build the new Impala alongside the Detroit/Hamtramck plant and the SS is set to be built at the Elizabeth, South Australia plant with the Holden Commodore. You're correct the ATS is RWD although it is also offered in all-wheel drive and is currently being built in Lansing.
