Plus look at the Aveo RS Concept... The new Spark looks a lot similar to that. The Orlando looks very similar to the concept as well. I think they're trying to get them too look close to the concept if the feedback on the concept was good.

It is much larger than the Aveo or Spark. This thing looks much different in person as it is more HHR size vs Mini Cooper.

The tires on the show car are hand cut one off set of tires. These are not production tires and If I recall they were 22's. I suspect they would move them to a more resonable 19". Too much unsprung weight and cost for a smaller vehicle.

Oh no, I wasn't comparing it to the Spark or anything for size, I was just saying how the concept for those cars are the similar to the production version, so I'm assuming the concept of the Granite will be similar to the production model.

Yes it should be pretty close. I would expect the wheels and tires to shrink a little as they are over kill. Also the interior is a little over kill. The seats look cool but it is not something you would want to spend more than a half hour in.
On the other hand if GM has gone to the effort to perfect the door I would assume the body will be about 90% production.
The Sonic was changes just a little but kept most of the show qualites that were good. On the other hand keeping all the show items at times are not good. THe Camaro was foced to keep the dash and steering wheel no one really likes. Look for it to change soon.

I love the Granite! I would love to have a UUV™ (Urban Utility Vehicle™, GM in case you're wondering) to go to the grocery store in. I think it's a great idea, perfect size and it looks cool!
