It was very nice to sign on and see the surprize b-day wishes from all of you!
My fiance actually celebrated my birthday last weekend (Memorial Day Weekend) with me (dinner, drinks, my favoritie local band and a new GPS unit).
After a difficult week with my father hospitalized since Memorial Day weekend, I got the best birthday gift ever yesterday on my official b-day... they released my dad to go home from the hospital for awhile.
Looks like he'll still need some upcoming serious surgery on his liver but the best news is he is stable and back home recovering!!! Thank the Lord!!!
He's been suffering from this mysterious liver problem and blood loss problem for 6 yrs now so I'm praying that the doctors may have finally determined the issue and a possible solution.
Anyway...
