I was at a Rock concert in Times square over the weekend. Seen Umphrey's Mcgee. The General Admission was ages 16 and older. Very cool bars. 7 dollar beers. Plenty of underage drinking. I heard two girls underaged asking each other which one was more drunker. One of them said "She was date rape drunk"

I agree...

Also, one thing to admit it, but really another to say it loud enough for others to hear.

That's all the more reason why they should not have been drinking. At this point in my like I don't tolerate things like that, serving minors. They are putting MY life in danger. I would have had to report it to management and the police.

You really cant blame the establisments. Its the people that attend them. Anyone who was able to buy beer/liquior had there ID scanned and was given a braclett. However it does not stop them to buy more then one beer or drink at any given time then give it to someone else. Its always been like. However as an adult I would not give a minor anything.

You are more than wrong. I worked in ther restaruant/bar business for over 25 years. IT IS the business's fault. If they get caught they will lose their liscense. and I'm sorry, but any adult who stood by and watched it happen is equally responsible.

Let the slamming of me begin but I beleave this very strongly. Not a night goes by when I don't see on the news a report of an accident that a teen was in who has been drinking illegally. Most of the time there is at least one death. Few minors can get booze without the help of an adult, so as an adult, I'm just as responsible if I see it happening and choose to do nothing about it. I may as well get it for them myself and then walk them to their car so they can drive themselves home!
