An Historic election

I'm happy with his choice
I don't think on either side of the aisle there was anyone considered that generated a lot of buzz.....Joe Biden?
Seems like both of them went opposite of what their banter was...Nobama wanting change and picking the ultimate Washington insider and McCain picking a really hot....errr..what is the downside???
Seriously...I've been following her for quite awhile ever since her name was mentioned earlier this year.......
I don't think she is going to be an easy as a mark as a lot of people think she may be...read up on her...no Dan Quayle here folks.....Biden is going to have to be very careful

I'm a political junkie, so I'll be watching this election with great interest. McCain's choice for VP brought me back to his side. I was leaning pretty hard towards Bob Barr of the libertarian party, but with Mccain's choice for a running mate, I'm solid on his side. I'll keep my opinions of Obama to myself in order to keep this civil. I will say I think Goose hit the nail on the head.

Sorry all, with my morbid sense of humor or lack there of, I have a theory about this whole election process this year.
1. Obama is, and no offense here, black. I hate to think if he wins what will happen to him. I see a attempt being made on him by someone. Sad to say, but look at our society.
2. McCain is to old. If he wins there is always the chance his health will fail.
I think to be on the safe side everyone should look to the VP and decide. Unfortunately, that person will probably end up in the office and running the show anyway. Like I said, my morbid thought, hope I'm wrong.

Let's hope you are wrong on both accounts! I'm not a Barack fan by any means but I wish no harm to ever happen to him or his family in any way shape or form...
If 5 years getting the living snot beat out of him by the VC didn't kill him....I doubt being President will...and since when did being 70-75 be too old?? We aren't talking 85 here
He is pretty tough..heck the campaign trail didn't slow him down one bit
"Country First" I like it
