Unhappy Hit a Deer

Chris just called and a deer hit him!!! Yes hit him in the yellow ZX3. Damn Deer must be blind and deaf (deer whistles)!!! Took off the passenger mirror and dented the fender. Pics to come when he gets home tonight.
Initial Impact

Second Impact, notice hair.

Damage to Driver's side from swerving into ditch to avoid more damage of deer in windshield.

Ouch,
Does insurance help pay for the work on the car and for the funeral for the deer?
Hope Chirs is fine,,Now he has a reason for an HHR.

The deer ran into the field. Deductable is $500 and haven't seen the damage. Most likely will just have my brother in law fix it sometime.

Well, Chris just called again and gave me the update as far as how it looks. He said that the dent starts near the headlight up to the wheel well. Then is dented near where the passenger mirror was. And a small dent below the door handle with fur in the handle!

Sorry to hear about this. Glad Chris is o'k.

But the upside......you can try for a couple more and get the trophy from Deerslayer.

See 1st post for pics and update. Contacted Insurance and will be covered with only $200 Deductable. Snoopy, that's one award I/Chris can do without!!!

Why only $200.00 is that because its under No Fault (Wild Life Animal)
If So it saved you $300.00 if you have $500.00 Deductable

I'm glad Chris is Okay, You can always repair a vehicle.

Something to do with its a Comprehensive Claim! I'm not complaining at the $300 less.
