Yes that would be me. I'm from Staten Island, NY and my father passed away June 3rd 2005. He was overdosed from the Hospital that was treating him. Major lawsuit in the works. They treated my father for a blood clot that he never had. It caused internal bleeding. They were unable to stop it. They even wrote in there paperwork they caused the bleeding. They are 100% at fault.

Have a good and safe trip. Best advice when you get your treatment. Make sure you ask the Doctor's plenty of questions before they give you any treatment.

I lost my Mom in 1983 at Saint Francis Hospital in upstate NY where i grew up. It was totally their fault too. The lawsuit finally ended in 1990. I believe She's in a better place..I am a spiritual man. Never underestimate the power of prayer.

I had a friend of mine whose dad died the same way. It has something to do with the way emergency's treat a heart or stroke victim. I will continue to pray for you and your family. I know this must be difficult for you, but try to Let go and let God have it.
As far as my treatment I have been to numerious doctors and have been been praying about making a dicission on this since before Christmas. My wife and I are satisfied that this is the best route for me. You are right in that we should be more ready to ask questions then just accept what the Doctors say. We have to remember that they are just practicing medicine.

Hubba, I lost my mother in 1981 of lung cancer and it changed my life. Not long after that I went into the ministry and have been a pastor, evangilist and chaplain for 22 years. I too believe in the power of prayer.
