I usually just go with boxers and no shirt. I get too hot very easily.

My dad has one. It forces air through your nose so you don't snore, and possibly stop breathing etc... Thats the general idea of it I believe.

That's about it. It hooks up to what looks like a rescue mask, and pushes a constant column of air down your throat through your nose to keep you from snoring/stopping breathing. The worse your sleep apnea, the higher the psi the CPAP is set at. Mine is at 8psi, but I have heard of a range between 5psi and 30psi (for extreme cases like morbidly obese/no neck).

My dad's is set at 13psi, and thats pretty strong. I can't imagine 30 psi!!!

I can. A few years ago, my manager at my prior employer had to take two months' disability because he was falling asleep on his feet. He went and had a sleep study done, and was diagnosed with EXTREMELY constrictive sleep apnea, and prescribed a 30psi CPAP. Considering that this was a man who was 5'9" and probably weighed close to 600 lbs, though ...
