How many HHR's can you fit under a B-52?

Considering how low to the ground a B-52 is, not many. By under, do you mean completely covered? If so, 6 would be hard to do. No room under the engines. Maybe one under the tail section. One between the inboard and out board engines. You might be able to get one between the inboard engines and the body. So I say 5.

No. I understand the ground clearance of the engine nacelles... and there is a missile on the port wing as well.

I kept scrolling down looking for a picture of a B-52 with a bunch of HHRs under it. What prompted this question? If we can get enough HHRs together here in Fort Walton, we could actually try this. There's a B-52 on display at the Air Armement Museum at Eglin AFB.
