I have liked the design of the HHR from the first time I saw one. When the SS came out, I ordered one as soon as they were taking orders. About 1.6X better MPG than my Silverado for commuting, and I picked an older cherry K2500 4X4 for the dirty stuff and towing. I would say one of the three best cars I have ever owned as far as fun factor. (The other being my StingRay, and a '68 Z28 (gone but not forgotten)).

We just wanted a Fun car. Then when the SS came out, and gas prices went up that was the excuse I needed. A lot better milage than our 99 Chevy Suburban. I use it when I go to the SoCal beaches to Scuba Dive, or just about anywhere. It is a real fun car to drive, and holds a lot of gear.

I have liked this car from day one. It has the chrome package, sunroof and pinstriping down the side to make it sporty. My mom had a hard time getting into most cars and she loved it. (Her wheel chair fit great in the back)
I like it as much as our corvettes.

I traded my Cavalier for my HHR because me and my wife were expecting our first child and a 2 door Cavalier would be cramped with the new arrival. I needed something with more space and 4 doors. I had looked at PTs for a while but I`m a Chevy guy and I had to stay with GM. I found my Sunburst Orange 2LT on the web and I had to have it! I really enjoy the versatility and gas mileage. It`s fun to drive and gets alot of stares and waves. I plan on keeping it for a long time! I have a company vehicle for work but I drive it everywhere else.

Daily Driver, I liked this Car from the time it was released. I have always liked the looks of it, even know one else around me like's the way it looks. I wish i would have gotten a SS but i needed out of my Ram Pickup and its 13mpg. I needed the 0x72 Deal and there were no SS to be found.

There is only a few things i wish were different but i've learned to deal with it.

Very Sparingly. Bike comes first. In SC thats pretty much year round except for some very cold days. Have 22K on the clock which just went out of the 3 year Warranty. Thinking about selling it for an 08 Honda Accord Coupe........accepting offers LOL

I am addicted to sound systems and out of all the cars I looked at, the HHR was the best looking one with the amount of space in the back. I was a bit worried about the four cylinder engine not having enough power for me since I do have the same love for speed that I do with bass. I have to admit though, since I bought my HHR, I love it! Power on it is good and with a couple of 12"s in the trunk, it's been my favorite car owned so far.

I've only had it for a week and a half but I drive it whenever and wherever! I have to haul a lot to work so the cargo space is great. Drove it to my sister's for Easter and her neighbor came out and asked if he could sit in it! He wants the panel model. LOVE IT!
