Sorry for the trouble, but can I make a recommendation?

the healthcare industry is booming, and hospitals, nursing homes always look for claims specialists.

With Insurance experience, you may be in a position to have an advantage.
just a thought

Tim, I know you've been worried about this for a while now. If we can do anything, please let me and Bonnie know.

Being with a company for along time and then suddenly separated from that routine, environment and people can be traumatic. Longest Job I held was 15 years ( started @ age 20)and then layed off (we were bussed off-site to a Hotel and given the bad news). So I can imagine what you 're feeling presently is tough.

Thanks everyone... sorry I posted it here but had a rough night alone and after I got home it hit me hard. I'll make it through just like everyone else has.

Just so sad to change your routine and lose all those friends I've made in the business including customers.

I had a bad feeling about this one in advance and have been preparing financially to make it though. Cutting cost and expenses. WOW, with the cost of Cobra, it's almost tempting to go without.

Nice to have friends here when there is no one else to talk to at those times.

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE KIND WORDS AND SUPPORT!!!

Our St. Louis regional office officially closed it's doors May 11, 2009...

Now, after 3 long summer months of daily searching for a job and scraping by on unemployment and COBRA...

I have FINALLY found a job!!! And a new career!!!

No longer in the insurance business but taking some advise from others and decided to go into the medical pharmaceutical market... Good job security...

I start work on Monday August 17th, 2009 as a Pharmaceutical Specialist... then 8 weeks of training before my new career begins.

Thank God!
