I agree with what Snoopy said.
Glad you got a chance to hear from him. Let him know we are thinking of him and everyone who is over there

I'm getting bits and pieces of information..... I think he's starting on his way home. From what I can tell, he's not in IRAQ anymore but still in the Middle East. Loading up the ship I presume.
I really can't do that sigh of relief until I see the whites of his eyes but will setting hearing his voice when he calls from Hawaii.
I'll keep ya'll posted!
I'm doing cart-wheels and farting rainbows again.

We are planning a party at Bubba Gumps Shrimp Company in Long Beach when he gets home and settled in.

Sindy....I am just now catching up with this thread.

Bless your heart and your family for all they do. Your son is a very strong man and has more courage than many people give these guys credit for. I personally know how difficult deployments are and pray all our men and women get home safely.

I was lucky in only having to go through one deployment with my hubby before he got out of the army and it was horrid. The pain we feel as family members is so extreme. Now, I just have to hope my two brothers stay out of deployed status.

HUGS TO YOU AND YOURS! AND MOST OF ALL.............

THANK YOU!!!!

Angel
