This is totally ridiculous. How can the chair be a "mosquito magnet" or a health hazard? It is under a roof out of the weather. You would think the city would have other problems to worry about rather than bothering a DISABLED man who likes to sit on his front porch and enjoy the outdoors. Where is the crime here? I would almost expect this in some parts of the country, but not in small town America.

Enid has about 47-50,000 people, and a pretty large police force, who really don't go after the bigger fish, but rather stick to the pettiest crap. If I had a porch, I would go get an old rocking chair just so I could protest
