Lowered Aveo pix-finally!

Yeah I know, bite me.
It's not like I have a need to go to the dealer all the time, but took my sister to pick up Chula, her Tahoe today and nephew's Aveo was there, strategically parked like it knew I was coming!
I'm not sure what the wheels are--18" maybe? I can't tell the difference . But, it is lowered and has the black granite (from the special edition) on the bottom half (he's a Raiders fan too as you can tell). Enjoy!

I guess if you have to have an Aveo you might as well make it your own.

Being a class-act fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, I will rise above the obvious, but that muffler's gotta go. Yes, the rest of the car looks good, but the pipes look like something out of a cheesy '70s movie about cars racing across the country at unlawful speeds.

He's a good kid! The pipes do make the car sound a little 'louder'.

His wife has a black HHR LS. "Thumper" is pretty understated considering what he's done to the Aveo--although he does like what I've done to my Blackie...

fwiw, I'm more of a College football person (Go PAC-10!) and a long-suffering fan/alumna of my CAL-Bears.

Is an Aveo capable of unlawful speeds?

I agree the muffler has got to go. To "rice" for my taste. but to each his own. I go for for the sleeper setup. Fast and understated.

Definitely not 16's. Up close I think they lean more towards the 17-18" range.

I had him drive Blackie which has the CGS and he loved how it sounded--then we took the Aveo out and I mentioned to him that it did sound a little 'ricey'.

My sister was on my case about taking 'so many' pix--I told her I had to because I know this group and will want to see as much detail as possible!

all depends on where you are to be unlawful. We have an aveo and if i start doing 55 in a 35 zone, technically it's an unlawful speed, and pretty close to the top speed in an aveo...

just kidding on that but i wouldn't try to go much faster then highway speeds
