Well I know it wouldn't hurt, but I have literally no money, so I can't do it all at once. That's why I'm hoping to figure out what is most likely the cause, and try that first because I really don't have the extra money to spend. I just don't want to put this off more than I have to since it could be a braking issue, and if it's alignment I wouldn't want to ruin my tires since they're somewhat new.

Bottom line, I would take the brakes apart on that side. Go from there. A chirp is probably brakes more than anything else. If it was a drone I would say a bearing.
