Most active Forum P/S/R

Has anyone else noticed that the most active Forum is the Problems/ Service/Repairs? I've been on this board for years and not all that active but look at almost every post. I've noticed over the past several months or longer that the P/S/R Forum seems to have exploded with posts. The HHR is very reliable and I've had almost no problems with mine with only 30K miles on it. But it seems as these cars age more and more problems are surfacing. Maybe this is just natural to get more problems, but I hope not every one of them gets what appears to be a big increase in mechanical issues.

I'd say half of the "members" only join the forum to ask about a problem they are having, and then they never come back...Probably why it seems like that if you ask me...

Other discussions go on, but its only usually between the people who enjoy the forum and love the HHR

plus we are getting to the point where some HHR's are up to 8 years old...so problems are gonna happen eventually

You've both brought up valid points, and we'll see more new members looking for tech info as the fleet ages, but we're also getting an encouraging number of folks who've just discovered the HHR.

If you monitor other forums you'll see the same thing happen as their vehicles age, and eventually you see them evolve into maturity as sources of tech info and parts info.

What is encouraging to me is that we're still growing and getting better, not stagnating and fadng away like other forums have.

I would expect nothing less Sam, I'm already looking at retirement villages with plentiful parking myself.

Do you know that some of those "Golden Years" joints limit you to one car, what's up with that?
