If you don't start at the bottom, you do not understand how to save for your later years of life. If you start out in the lower salary, you then set yourself on a budget, and adjust it as needed. If Mom and Dad say that it was Okay, I would take the $6.50 for mods to your car, not expect some one else to give to me. Think about it before you respond.
