My girlfriend and her transport

Security guard uniform on her or not, if she has bogus tags & no insurance & gets popped, that ride is going to the impound..
Remove tags, let them try & prove they were ever on it..
Take the bus, or something, cause at this point, not gonna end good with her still using this vehicle.
I agree with Smooth- Drop it at the place she bought it..
But you don't need the title to be the legal owner, especially since it is unpaid for.
PS: Hope this all works out for your G/F..

Driving without insurance and fake tags is simply idiotic and hard to drum up any sympathy for. If she causes an accident, whoever she hits may be screwed due to her lack of insurance. People like your girlfriend are a huge problem on the road and the quicker she is caught the better for everyone else.
People need to stop buying things that they can't afford. A bus pass might be a good investment.

Joe, she can afford it. It's the finance company witholding needed documents. and for now, I am driving her around. Have been for a while.
Sleeper, yeah. We are going to talk to the dealer tomorrow. And I'm going to have the BMV contact # programmed in my phone. As well as O.H.P. (Ohio Highway Patrol)

Keep us posted 1151, our legal contact in your area hasn't yet responded to our e-mail, so we're still in a holding pattern. If they do concede and just give her a refund, don't let this drop, these people still violated the law and should be held accountable. I have the feeling that your girlfriend isn't the first person, nor the last to have this issue with these people.
