My Vinyl Works Decals/Lettering ect.

Just made 3 more.
This particular roll of purple vinyl is some cheap crap I bought, before buying Oracal Vinyl.
This stuff is super thin notice the little center pieces in the small letters missing, they flopped out as they were being cut. I just use this no name vinyl stuff testing how small I can cut somthing then go to Oracal for actual use.
Just trying to use it up.

The one color Decals must be getting boring.
So, here is my first 4 color large decal. It's 19" Tall X 26.5" Wide.
Older 7 Up Logo. Red, Black, White and Green Vinyl were used.
I saw the jpeg image doing a Google search for images at one time or another, saw this older 7Up picture and Liked it.
So I opened it up in my FlexiSIGN Pro software and Vectorized it and had to Edit it some so the Colors were Seperated and so the Green did not run Under all the other colors.
Then it was ready to be sent to my vinyl plotter and cut each color out.
First pic shows the 4 colors stacked to show the Registratiom Marks at the Top I used.
Then the colored layers layed out to see the Parts that make up the Sign or Decal, whichever you want to call it, depending on it's use really.
Bottom is the Red, then the Black, then the White, and lastly the Green went on.
Notice how I am lining up my Regitration Marks with each layer.
Just need to place some "Transfer Tape" over it and it's Ready to stick on.
Turned out real Nice I think.

Thanks.
Working on another 4 color one. Gonna take Alot more Vectorizing work to get it Cuttable.
The Old "We Use Genuine CHEVROLET Parts" Round Logo.
Blue
Yellow
Red
White
Not sure how long the Vectoring is gonna take me yet. Trying different things in Flexi to get the Best results Before having to do all the little clean up Details. Lots of open/broken Paths in it, so far but i'll keep trying till I get it.
I'll post a pic once it's cut.
Then I have a few others I wanna give a try.
And then after several others are also done as well, I want to give this 1955 Chevy Advertising one a shot.
Several shades of each color will be needed to get it to look like the Ad.

34" MH-871 Refine (uscutter)
And a Graphtec CE5000-60 24"
Using FlexiSIGN Pro 8.6 V2.
I also recently got myself a Wacom Cintiq 21UX
And I have a INSTA Swing Away Heat Press for T-Shirt stuff. Bought it used on craigs list, older unit but it works well. I don't use it much, just wanted to have one on hand in case I needed it.
I have 3 vinyl racks now like this, this was the first one, I bought it New, then found 2 others used on good ol craigs list.
First set of Decals I ever cut a couple years ago.
And Yes I am very aware of BOW.
