Ah, the Ascari A10. I'd say a car with a 220 mph top end is fast, well unless you compare it to a Veyron Super Sport.

Looks like we have a 1942-1944 Peugeot VLV built in occupied France, powered by a 48 volt electric motor they screamed along at 30kph, well "snailed along" is more like it.
