Pretty sure but not 100%, but I'm sure you'll confirm it if it is.............

74 (or thereabouts) Pervis Eureka and I believe it is also known as Sterling Nova. The buggy part is that it sits atop a VW Beetle chassis.

You got it! Its really a '75 Purvis Eureka 1600, but close enough for government work.

You're up sir, what do you have to perplex us over the weekend?

My first reaction was yuck! Its an interesting critter for sure, judging by the front clip and the general shape of the lower body, I'd says its based on the Panhard Dyna Junior X-87. Things don't quite add up though, something says "one off" or "custom" rather than a straight Panhard, like the three venti-ports instead of the usual two on an X-87.

A "one-off" would be accurate. Not Panhard, but correct country though.

Not a Citreön. And did they ever make anything that wasn't ugly?

First thing that unfortunately popped to my mind was a Simca....but I doubt its that, they never made anything so horrid.

My real guess is some coach built Renault 10, but I think that too is incorrect because of the wide 5 bolt pattern...........

The French make such beautiful vehicles..... and this.
