Look at my photo albums on this site and you will see my car there and see if you are correct.

This might help some with identification

1935 Ford

1936 Ford

At least we are seeing the front end of the Photo submission

I saw the properties said it was a Ford 50 Pilot, but your pic doesn't look a lot like his pic.

So you're saying his pic isn't a Ford Pilot?

Hello, it is a 1950 English Ford Pilot.
Proof is no not necessary. That picture you posted here of the 1948 Thames and is a much smaller car. But you got it right. I don't know how, but you did. After you determined it was a 1950 why didn't you search for a picture of a 1950? Just curious. The two links I left for the 1935 &1936 I thought would help someone know that is was a Ford but then as Ford's evolved by 1950 the US model no longer looked like the thirties anymore. What clue did you say I left?

You only need proof when the submitter is not online to validate your guess before you post a new submission. You only need to say what is and not have to post a picture if the original poster states that you are correct.

You won and you are up.

The link under the word PROOF goes to a 48... look like yours.... what you are calling a Thames is called a "50 Pilot" where I found it on the net. There are 2 proof's in that post, I was wondering if your photo was actually a 1950, that's why I posted a pic of the 50.

I was not aware that I had to find your exact car in the exact same photo somewhere on the web as proof.....

Someone else can go next.

Okay I'll end here seeing that the year and make was embedded in my insertion. I will just post another picture (not so hard) and we'll get one with it.
