I believe it's a Fiat derivative like the Yugo was, but one of the more forgettable models, maybe a Whatdahell sedan?

I'm pretty sure it's an Opel Kadett. My best friends parents had multiple Opels in the 60's and 70's, and I recognized it right off. Not sure of year. But pretty damn sure it's a European Opel.
