That is exactly what I told the gal, and that we had jumped through their hoops the week before and I knew it wasn't my connection or my equipment and if it happened again we would be leaving Charter cable and going back to DIRECTV. I was promised it wouldn't happen again and promised an adjustment on my bill....let's see. I'm not hard to get along with but don't mess with my NASCAR race.

Or they have the race in a little box in the corner of the screen so you can still watch the race.

They tried to do that on cable with one of the Pocono races years ago and it was a disaster in the ratings.
