I missed the race today...went to Super Chevy Show. Set the VCR and forgot to put the tape in. Oh well...got to see some racing...just in a straight line. Caught the highlights on NASCAR Victory Lane and Wind Tunnel. So what happened to DJ...they never said. From what I gathered he was black flagged for smoke so I would presume his engine went kaboom.

Lots of wrecks. Lots of tempers flaring. Lots of paybacks. Very hard to predict who will win Bristol.

Bristol (the cities) will be wild this week. It's already starting. People here rent out parts of their houses for like $300/night. It's amazing. I registered to win a couple of tickets, plus a ride in the pace car during the warm-up laps. If I win, I'll let you know, and you can watch for me. By the way, the pace car is the SST. I stopped by the other day and parked my HHR beside it. I asked the guy if he wanted to race, and he just laughed. Wonder why?

At Bristol...it's anybody's win. Hopefully they all check their feelings at the door...cuz if they don't they are sure to get hurt a bit.

Kasey Kahne? I didn't know there was high groove at Bristol. lol I'd like to see Sadler have another good day. Look out for Kurt Busch and Carl Edwards, since they are pretty much out of the chase, they may have some scores to settle. I think Stewart and Jr. will try to stay clear of Edwards. At least Carl may be good for something........(if he gets into Stewart that is)
