Wow...what a lot of action last night for the all star event. Once the rain went away it was pretty decent.
Congrats to Scott Riggs on winning the Open and Kyle Petty being voted in by the fans to the Challenge.
Kind of a wreckfest and lots of blaming the other guy for the wrecks. And as usual...the 48 figured out Lowes once again. Congrats to them on yet another win at "their house"

"Dale: The True Story" to Debut in 2007
From: http://www.jayski.com
"Dale: The True Story" to debut in 2007: NASCAR Images and CMT films will release an authorized Dale Earnhardt documentary titled "Dale: The True Story" before next year's Daytona 500, Street & Smith's SportsBusiness Journal reports. Plans call for airing the 90-minute film narrated by Paul Newman in markets where NASCAR races are scheduled. National Cinema Vice President/Digital Programming Dan Diamond, whose company is promoting the film, says the company also expects limited runs in major non-race markets such as New York, Denver and Seattle. Paramount Home Video will handle the film's DVD release late next year, while CMT will air it after it runs in theaters. The story says Richard Childress Racing, the team the seven-time NASCAR Cup champion drove for, and Dale Earnhardt Inc., the team he founded and which is now run by his widow, Teresa, are cooperating in the production. Tickets to the screenings in each market are expected to be $12.50 each and will include a souvenir magazine produced by Street & Smith's, the parent company of NASCAR Scene and SceneDaily

At Dover this weekend - Sandstone Metallic parked in the infield facing the stands really outshown all other vehicles around it in style- particularly the PT near it. It was great to point out my next vehicle to my buds with me - Just like when the 2004 Thunderbird was in the processing at Dover two years ago! Kenseth did great.
