My best friend that is on the Camaro build team, does not know exactly when they will go into production. He just retired today, I had a hard time keeping up with him when exitting the plant. I guess he was in a hurry to buy a new car with his $25000 car voucher.

Question is will that $25,000 go towards a new Camaro? Would be a real nice down payment.

Nope, he was just ready to leave that place for good.

After my Dad retired, we visited the Bowling Green (Corvette) plant while on vacation. I've never seen him more anxious to leave a building in my entire life. Loved seeing where his was built, never wants to go back. He's never gone back to the last assembly plant he worked at, not even to pick up his retiree ID.
