Actually I like the '40 ford headlights & fender mods to accept them....

The poncho scoops look like doo-doo tho, imo..

 

I think they did a good job incorporating the Ford lights, its the grill and scoops that let the look fall apart. If you're going to do that much metal fab work, more planning is needed to get a cohesive appearance.

Some cars you just wouldn't want to be caught dead in...I give you the PT Hearse. Not riced, just unfortunate.
