Oj To Stand Trial!

jx3 is absolutely correct... but it reminds me of the joke: OJ says "I don't own no bloody glove, I don't own no Bruno Magli shoes, and I damn sure don't own no DNA!"

Need to say this first......
I don't like OJ...I believe he is THE killer of 2 people. But he was found innocent by a jury. Regardless of what I think of that trial or our legal system, IT IS OUR LEGAL SYSTEM. Like it or not, I will acknowledge the juries rendered verdict.....he is not guilty.
But, I'm not sure about this Vegas thing. I think law enforcement is making WAY to much of this situation. And, I haven't read or followed much of the publicized information.
The property was his and stolen from him. He does have a right to get it back (admittedly "hazy" on the circumstances). He did have a right to protect himself if he thought the situation was/is hazardous.
I mean, how can you committ an ARMED ROBBERY of your own property?? I believe the law says something to the effect, ".........forceably removing property of another....".

We need a couple more icons for our post. A icon with a rope around its neck and an icon getting its hand slapped with a ruler. I'd like to see the rope icon but we all know the slap on the hand will most likely be the case. I'm tired of see him strutting around with that big @#%$ eating grin.

He was also found GUILTY in a civil court.
IMO, in the criminal trial, the prosecution dropped the ball. That's the ONLY reason he got off.
Bad things happen to bad people, he is getting what he deserves...

I agree the prosecution at his murder trial blew it royally! They were all pretty stupid.
If Vincent Bugliosi would have been the prosecutor I believe OJ would have been found guilty.
I was thrilled when the civil court jury was smart enough to evaluate the evidence as it really was, he still needs to pay for the first crime he commited (murder). I just hope this jury sees through his lies and realizes he really does need to be behind bars for the rest of his life,
